November 2006: The launch of our first Bottle Conditioned Beer. Whittles Bitter is 5% abv. It has a smooth malt taste with fruit notes and a moderately hoppy finish. This is the first of many bottle conditioned beers that we will be brewing, ranging in strength from 5% to 15%abv. 

December 2006: We have successfully started selling our Whittles Bitter at several local farmers markets which include, Reading, Didcot and Purley.  

April 2007: We are brewing two new cask ales this month, the first is Bumper 4.7% abv a ruby red bitter, brewed with Northdown and Bramling Cross hops and Maris Otter malting barley. Swift 4.0% abv is brewed with First Gold hops and Maris Otter /Optic malting barley.
